Our perfume tastings are designed for groups of up to 12 guests and offer a relaxed opportunity to explore exceptional fragrance houses, their stories and inspirations, and the art behind each perfume. During the experience, you’ll be guided through a curated selection of fragrances, discovering their composition, key notes, character and evolution on the skin. Along the way, you’ll explore different styles of perfumery, understand what truly appeals to you and receive personalised recommendations based on your individual preferences. €150 per person · Up to 12 guests The full €150 tasting fee is redeemable against any purchase made during the experience, allowing you to take home the fragrances you discover and love.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: Private perfume tastings must be booked in advance. Full payment of €150 per person is required to confirm your booking. Group Size: Tastings accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. The number of guests must be confirmed at the time of booking. Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tasting are eligible for a full refund. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled tasting are non-refundable. The full tasting fee of €150 per person will be charged as a cancellation fee. No-Show: If a guest or group does not attend the scheduled tasting without prior notice, the €150 per person fee is non-refundable and will be charged in full. Rescheduling: A tasting may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made less than 48 hours before the tasting may be treated as a cancellation. Late Arrivals: The tasting will finish at the originally scheduled time. Late arrival may therefore reduce the duration of the experience. Redeemable Fee: The €150 per person tasting fee is fully redeemable against purchases made during the tasting. The redeemable amount applies only to guests who attend the experience and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or applied to purchases at a later date. Changes to Guest Numbers: Any reduction in the confirmed number of guests must be communicated at least 48 hours before the tasting. After this time, the fee for the confirmed number of guests remains payable. Experience: Scents City reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the fragrance selection depending on availability.
